Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Dvine Hair Studio, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, luxury experience. To honor both our time and the clients we serve, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: • A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve all appointments. This retainer will be applied toward your final service total. Remaining balances are due at the conclusion of your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking retainer and may incur additional fees. • No call / No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Health & Courtesy Policy If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. In these cases, fees may be adjusted at the discretion of Dvine Hair Studio. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to booking future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and commitment to excellence.
