Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Dvine Hair Studio, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, luxury experience. To honor both our time and the clients we serve, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking retainer is required to reserve all appointments. This retainer will be applied toward your final service total. Remaining balances are due at the conclusion of your appointment.
• If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, the original retainer is forfeited. A new booking retainer is required to secure a new appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking retainer and will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking retainer and will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
Health & Courtesy Policy
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. In these cases, fees may be adjusted at the discretion of Dvine Hair Studio.
All outstanding balances must be settled prior to booking future appointments.
